Our Rates

Virutal Assistant Administrative and Business Services/Price Schedule

Clients will be billed $35.00 (CAD) per hour for general and ongoing administrative services. Our invoices and a detailed time sheet will be provided to our clients via email. All billing is done on 15 minute increments. All incidentals such as, printing, long distance calls, photocopies, faxes will be charged back to the client.

A per project quote will be provided based on the hourly rate and an estimate of the time and complexity to complete the project or task.

PowerPoint Presentations, Revisions and Updates: $55.00/hour

A la carte:

We also offer a general document list with standard pricing for letters, faxes, photocopies etc.

Letter $12.00 per page
Mailing Labels $.40 each
Faxes $1.50 for the first page and .50 for any additional pages
Copies $0.08 each


Payment can be made by cheque, mail, certified cheque or email.

Payment policy:

Monthly retainer invoices are sent one week prior to the first of the month and are due and payable upon receipt. Regular invoices are also mailed and due upon receipt. Unused retainer fees are non-refundable, however, we can provide additional services to cover the unused amount. With respect to hourly rated or project plans, payment is due in full prior to delivery of the assigned project. There will be a $25.00 service fee for all returned cheques.
